Builders
Benjamin Brindley & Sons is team of experienced builders who know how to estimate and construct all the work specified in our estimate of damage.  Our relationship with general contractors and trades persons allows us to back up our estimate with real numbers should the insurance company need the work to be performed.  Estimating for restoration work includes residential, governmental facilities, industrial and commercial properties.   Additional services provided include coordination of drawings/specfications, obtaining permits and certificates, and inspection of construction/guarantee of work performed.

Appraisers
Benjamin Brindley and Sons provides competent and complete inspection and evaluation of all damage to buildings, pavements, utilities, swimming pools, waterfront structures, recreational facilities and other real property.  Our staff prepares complete scope of work to restore the damaged facility, specifying quality and quantity.  When applicable, contingent items are listed seperately.  We also provide valuation of property and replacement values to assist insurance companies that appropriate coverage is in place.

Engineers
